I was shocked to discover the health benefits of sulfur.
It’s pretty much a miracle worker! It helps maintain healthy joints, boosts the immune system, aids in fat digestion and absorption, it’s needed to make bile acids, it helps regulate blood sugar, and helps maintain oxygen balance for proper brain function.
Sulfur is also the third most abundant mineral in the body … calcium is first, and phosphorous is second.

It can be found in other nutrients such as: alpha-lipoic acid, biotin, methylsulfonylmethane, N-acetylcysteine (NAC), and vitamin B.
If you’re in generally good health, but looking to increase your sulfur intake, Dr. Blyweiss recommends taking either alpha lipoic acid or N-acetlycysteine since they both have very broad benefits.
